Chef Bio

Executive Chef/Proprietor Allen Chen is a third generation restaurateur, raised in his parent’s restaurants in the Midwest and in San Francisco. His creations and artistry are inspired by his years of dedication to the culinary arts. Chef Allen’s passion, creativity, and attention to detail are all very striking as you’ll notice prior to your first bite.
